Online therapist · Psychological support
Clinical Psychologist and Integrative Psychotherapist. As an online therapist, I offer psychological support and psychotherapy for adults, children, and adolescents in a confidential setting, with a focus on understanding individual needs, strengthening personal resources, and supporting more adaptive ways of coping and functioning in everyday life.

A lot of thoughts
Emotional ups and downs
Challenges in relationships
Feeling drained
A desire for change
You don't have to figure everything out on your own.

A different perspective
Psychological support can be valuable even when life appears to be functioning relatively well.
Therapy does not have to begin only when difficulties become overwhelming; it can also be a proactive way of understanding emerging concerns, strengthening psychological resources, and addressing patterns before they become more persistent or disruptive.
Sometimes, seeking support early can make change clearer, more manageable, and more sustainable.
Support tailored to your needs.

The therapeutic process

We apply techniques and exercises adapted to your specific needs.
You develop your own resources to function independently.
Change doesn't happen suddenly, but it becomes visible progressively.

About me
Clinical Psychologist · Psychotherapist trained in Integrative Psychotherapy · Educational Counsellor
PhD Candidate in Psychology · Researcher · University Teaching Assistant
I am a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist trained in integrative psychotherapy, with experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. My professional activity brings together psychotherapeutic practice, psychological and educational counselling, psychological assessment, academic teaching, and research.
In my work, I take an individualised and integrative approach, considering the emotional, cognitive, relational, and contextual factors that shape each person's experience and current difficulties. I aim to offer a safe, collaborative, and professionally grounded space in which meaningful psychological change can take place.
Alongside clinical practice, I am involved in university teaching and doctoral research in psychology, with a particular focus on learning motivation and emotional well-being in children in the context of digitalisation.
I work mainly online, as a Romanian-speaking therapist offering sessions in English and Romanian, and in person at my office in Chișinău.
