What is psychological counselling?

A supportive and structured space in which children and adolescents can better understand emotions, relationships, and current difficulties, working with a child psychologist who adapts the process to their age and development.

Depending on age and needs, sessions may include conversation, therapeutic play, drawing, storytelling, emotion-focused activities, and other age-appropriate techniques.
