I am a psychologist and psychotherapist trained in integrative psychotherapy, with around 5 years of experience working with children, adolescents and adults. My professional activity brings together psychotherapeutic practice, psychological and educational counselling, psychological assessment, university teaching and research.
In my practice I aim to understand the person beyond the symptom, taking into account the emotional, cognitive, relational and contextual particularities that contribute to current difficulties. The integrative approach allows me to adapt the therapeutic process to the needs, resources and goals of each client.
Alongside my clinical practice, I work in academia and conduct doctoral research in the field of psychology.
